Richmond fans blow up over song debacle at AFL grand Final

  • The Adelaide Crows anthem was played at top volume as they entered the MCG
  • Richmond Tigers fans were outraged when they were robbed of their moment
  • The Tiger’s ‘Yellow and Black’ has not been heard on grand final day since 1982
  • Their song did not start until the players had reached the other side of the field 

Richmond fans are outraged after a debacle which delayed the playing of their club song.

It was not until the players had reached the other side of the ground that the song kicked in, leaving fans furious.

‘That’s a bloody outrage,’ fumed one angry supporter on Twitter, and he was soon joined by a chorus of others.
