Rita Ora, Abbey Clancy and Liam Gallagher enjoy boozy BRIT

The BRITs is notorious for wild antics – with stars seen to be downing drinks, appearing bleary-eyed and making extremely animated exits from the raucous festivities.

And this year did not disappoint with celebrities including Abbey Clancy, Holly Willoughby, Rita Ora and Liam Gallagher putting on worse-for-wear displays following the annual music extravaganza at London’s O2 Arena on Wednesday evening.

Following her now-legendary departure from last year’s event, WAG Abbey, 32, lived up to her wild reputation as she was seen getting animated while leaving the event as Rita was in hot pursuit with her face covered and Holly staggered into her cab in a desperate attempt to maintain her modesty in her scanty white mini.

Hundreds of music stars will be given the rose pin badges before they take to the red carpet, in the latest protest since the Harvey Weinstein scandal rocked the entertainment industry last year.

A letter was sent to nominees, including Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift, and guests, with Brits directors of events Maggie Crowe saying the move is a ‘symbol of solidarity’.

Wearing the pins will not be compulsory with the Brits, which is taking place on Wednesday, noting it is an ‘invitation’ to take part.

Hosted by Jack Whitehall, fans saw performances from the likes of Justin Timberlake, Jorja Smith, Stormzy, Liam Payne and Rita.

Crazy! Liam Gallagher, who famously swore, dropped his microphone and gave his award to the crowd during his acceptance speech at the Brits in 2010, was looking particularly wild as he made his last minute appearance to replace Ariana Grande in paying tribute to the victims of the Manchester bombing in May last year
