Roxy Jacenko: A day in the life of the glamorous Sydney PR agent

Roxy Jacenko has made her name as one of the hardest working PR agents in the business. 

And now the reality of a day in the life of the glamorous businesswoman has been exposed by a journalist for Whimn, who followed Roxy for 24 hours.

The 37-year-old begins her morning with emails over breakfast, and is described as adhering to a mantra of ‘constant availability’.

‘We aren’t part of a champagne set out the door at five and in at nine,’ Roxy tells the publication. 

While she works hard on her company, Sweaty Betty PR, Roxy does have her personal make up artist, Sanaz Fakhra, on call.

Roxy claims she is ‘completely hopeless’ at grooming, however she insists on always looking her best lest she be photographed.

‘I rely heavily on Sanaz for my makeup. We see each other at least 3 times a week and she does a great face in 25 minutes,’ she tells Whimn. 

The PR maven told the publication that she very rarely cooks, and during the course of the interview eats lunch at the ritzy Rare Hare Wine & Food Store in Victoria.

‘I live on eating out, even when I’m at home, its delivery,’ Roxy admits to the online women’s publication.

And the mother of two demonstrated her love of takeaway when she enjoyed a cheat day on Friday.

Usually a fan of sushi and salads, Roxy took to Instagram to reveal she was eating her first slice of pizza in 20 years.

‘It’s literally the best thing I’ve eaten since 1998!’ she declared on camera.
