She’s lost an incredible 12 kilograms over the past 12 months, with a strict diet and exercise regimen.

And in an interview with news.com.au, Roxy Jacenko revealed the secrets behind her transformation.

Avoiding ‘anything fattening’ to manage her weight, the 37-year-old PR queen said of her aesthetic desires: ‘I want to be ripped, and I want a four-pack.’

‘I want to be ripped with a four-pack’: Roxy Jacenko, 37, revealed in an interview with news.com.au that she works out for aesthetic reasons, and avoids ‘anything fattening’ to manage her weight

‘I don’t want to do cardio, I want to do weights. I’m not interested in being the fittest person. I want to be ripped and I want a four-pack,’ Roxy told the publication.

Following a breast cancer diagnosis twelve months ago, the publicist overhauled her diet and embarked on a fitness regimen consisting of a 45-minute weight-based workout three times per week, and two circuit-style classes at F45.

‘I had to change my eating (during radiation) so I started eating sushi…I’ve just continued it. I am very disciplined and I’m very careful with what I eat,’ Roxy continued, before adding that she refrains from eating ‘anything fattening’.

This is not the first time the mother-of-two has revealed her diet secrets.

In an interview with Husskie, Roxy said she starts her day with a skim piccolo and one slice of vegemite toast, before enjoying six pieces of kingfish sashimi and 6 pieces of cooked tuna mini roll for lunch and dinner – all washed down with a ‘glass or three of Viognier – white wine.

Roxy also swears by cryotherapy sessions three times a week – the non-invasive, fast and effective hyper-cooling treatment that is said to aid weight-loss.

Clients are immersed in a nitrogen gas chamber for a particular amount of time, with temperatures often set to -135 degrees.

Roxy revealed to Daily Mail Australia in May, that she is now up to two minutes in the Cryo chamber.

‘Initially (I began) sessions for muscle recovery because my training is all weights based. I had read that it also boosts one’s metabolism and flushes toxins from the skin and muscle tissue, so I tried it,’ she explained.

‘I am now hooked and am finding the energy levels are also much better. I’ve always had plenty of energy but with the kids on my own and running the three businesses – the more energy I can get, the better!’ Roxy continued.
