Russian unscathed after flying through windscreen in crash

A driver in Russia miraculously survived a crash unscathed after flying through the windscreen before clinging on to his lorry and landing on his feet.

The footage from a road near Vladimir, 200km east of Moscow, shows the lorry in front veering into the path of oncoming vehicles.

After the lorry smashes into another coming in the opposite direction, the man is flung from his seat but manages to cling on before walking away.

Filmed on a dashcam, the man appears unharmed and is looking at his lorry in disbelief.

The collision of the two huge lorries left the right half of the lorry the man escapes from completely destroyed.

It is not clear from the video why the lorry in front veers into the path of oncoming vehicles, or if the other driver was injured in the crash. 

After escaping, the man, who doesn’t appear to be wearing any shoes, brushes dust from his head while looking down at his coat.

The video, posted to YouTube, has more than 1.6million views since being uploaded.
