Hold a dumbbell or bottle of water in each hand at your side with palms facing your body. 

Squeeze your biceps in the right upper arm to curl the right dumbbell up to your right shoulders, twisting your palm to face your chest as you lift.

Slowly lower the dumbbell back down to your side and repeat on the left side. Perform to exhaustion.
