‘She has quietly told a few people that they’re planning to have another baby,’ a source told Woman’s Day on Monday.

Sonia is currently on holiday with Craig, with Ita Buttrose filling in for her on Today Extra!

‘This vacation is a chance for her to really put her feet up, relax and spend some time with Craig before they go down the route of becoming parents again,’ the source said.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Sonia for comment.

Sonia previously fell pregnant naturally, but those pregnancies tragically resulted in miscarriages.

She then turned to IVF, assuming the process would solve her fertility problems. She was shocked when, at 45, her doctor said she had zero chance of conceiving with her own eggs.

Fortunately, a close friend donated an egg to Sonia and the veteran presenter gave birth to Maggie in January 2015.

‘When you get to my age, to use your own eggs to have a baby…you’re not really going to be successful.

Her partner Craig, who she has been with since 2008, already has six children from a previous relationship.
