Touched: On Tuesday, Today Extra hosts Sonia Kruger and David Campbell were seen tearing up live on air after playing a touching Carpool Karaoke video of children and their mums with Down Syndrome

‘Didn’t think I could love Sonia and David more till they teared up with me during carpool Karaoke, love you guys and loved the kids,’ wrote one.

‘Thank you for crying in the studio, me too – Today Extra has an authentic relatable feel that the earlier morning show is struggling to achieve,’ commented another.

The tear-jerking video saw 50 mums and their kids sitting in the car using sign language to Christina Perri’s song 1000 years.
