The man, who is tied to a truck, follows its path along the flooded ditch by the side of a road.

In a separate video a man was recorded surfing through the flooded streets of Galveston.

The video, which was captured on Saturday, shows the man being towed behind a vehicle through ankle-deep floodwaters.
