The ITV host was all smiles, adding to her outfit with a pair of golden heels.

The mother-of-three finished off the look by letting her brunette locks fall in glossy, loose waves.

While she has always appeared healthy, Susanna’s weight loss was prompted after her doctor told her that her Body Mass Index (BMI) had been creeping up.

She told viewers earlier this year: ‘It was a combination of factors, but a doctor said I was at the top end of my BMI. He said it might benefit me if I lost a little weight.’

Susanna recently credited Tyson with helping her shed the last few pounds after he recommended cutting out milk from her coffee.

While she and co-host Piers Morgan were interviewing the heavyweight, Susanna said: ‘One of the things you have mentioned in the past couple of days is your weight and it’s something you and I have sparred over as well, of course.’

‘You suggested that I eliminate, well take away, milk from my coffee, so now it’s black coffee only.

‘Thank you very much for that tip! We can all learn from Tyson.’

Tyson complimented the presenter, telling her she ‘was looking well’.

The TV star’s first point of call was to cut out alcohol from her diet and she has now been tee-total for two months.

It hasn’t been completely easy, however, as Susanna admitted there is one beverage in particular she is missing.

She said: ‘That’s one thing I do miss, Guinness. Used to be my drink of choice,’

Piers joked in response: ‘Now it’s kale smoothies. I’ve never been happier. Kale smoothie with my carrot cake.’

Addressing her decision to cut out alcohol on a recent interview on Is It Just Me? podcast, she said: ‘When you cut alcohol out that is an easy couple of pounds.

‘As you get older your memory is affected. I just thought, “Alcohol is not great for your memory.”‘
