Taylor Swift has been granted a restraining order from a stalker of two years who has made some ghastly threats.
The 28-year-old hitmaker made the legal filing against 26-year-old Eric Swarbrick who has been sending the star letters since 2016 according to TMZ.
Legal documents obtained by the publication show the Tennessee resident making some dangerous statements aimed at the popular singer.
In one he declares: ‘I want to rape Taylor Swift. This is why I hate Taylor herself … This is how I know I am Taylor’s soulmate.’

He goes on to describe a ‘metaphorical monster’ and that there is no other logical conclusion but death.
Swarbrick wrote: ‘I have learned to absolutely repress the metaphorical monster in me, but, very soon, I will become completely responsible for myself … What logical conclusion is there other than death.’
Perhaps the most shocking of all comes the threat that he will kill her and there is nothing authorities can do.
He said: ‘I will not hesitate to kill her … and there’s nothing you, your lawyers, or the law will be about to do about it. Remember who I am.’
TMZ reports that the legal documents filed by Taylor, the letters have become increasingly alarming to the point that they have caused stress, anxiety, and fear.

Her attorneys believe that there is a real worry that Swarbrick will work towards completing his threats.
The judge has ordered Swarbrick to stop contacting her immediately and is not allowed to go near her property.
Swift is the constant aim of maniacal fans as as just last month an alleged stalker was arrested while trying to break into Swift’s home with some pretty sinister possessions.
The police report, obtained by The Blast, revealed the man was wearing a mask and rubber gloves was a knife, live ammunition, and black rope.
In his car cops also found more masks, bullets, drugs and psychologist paperwork.

Cops were so alarmed at the find that Beverly Hills PD filed a restraining order for Swift itself.
The suspect, Julius Alexander Sandrock, was arrested on Saturday and taken into custody for felony stalking.
According to the documents Officers found: ‘an empty gun holster, live rounds of ammunition (.380 Fiocchi) latex gloves, black gloves, a knife, multiple masks similar to ones painters use, a black half-face mask, one 9mm ammunition round, an empty .22 caliber ammunition box, black rope; officers also found prescription medications (metazalone-800mg; oxycodone, fluoxetine – 40mg) and psychologist paperwork.’

The 38-year-old told police he had driven across several states to meet the star, who was not home at the time of the incident.
He was held on $150,000 bail and was released on Tuesday morning.

According to court records in Colorado, Sandrock was arrested and charged there with several crimes involving a weapon.
The Blast revealed the charges stem from a 2017 arrest that included felony menacing with a deadly weapon, prohibited use of a weapon, and reckless endangerment.
He plead guilty to disorderly conduct for discharging a firearm and was placed on two years probation on January 2, 2018.
Swift was not at home at the time of the incident, which came just one week after another obsessed man was arrested for scaling a wall at the vast Beverly Hills property.
Days before this, a third man attempted to impress to popstar by holding up a bank in Connecticut before driving to her Rhode Island mansion and tossing the money over the fence.
