The beauty revealed her vital workout item to be a yellow resistance band, otherwise known as a ‘torture band’, wrapped around her ankles to constrict her movement.

The simple, commonly available piece of equipment was helping Elyse to up the intensity of her regime considerably.

Flaunting her slender frame and trim pins, the impressive results were clear to see.

In October, Elyse shared more of her daily routine in an interview with NW magazine.

‘Five to six days a week I go to the gym at 6am – either a mix of strength and cardio or a boxing session,’ she said.

‘If I have a day off, I might do a Pilates session as well. I have a hyperactive dog, so she has to be walked every day without fail – rain, hail or shine. She keeps me very fit!’
