Tiffiny Hall sheds 21 kilos four months after birth of son

She welcomed her son Arnold into the world in September last year.

And former The Biggest Loser trainer Tiffiny Hall has revealed she’s lost an incredible 21 kilograms in just four months.

Despite the impressive weight loss, the 33-year-old said she’s in no rush to get back to her pre-pregnancy shape, telling news.com.au: ‘I don’t regret a single kilo or sausage roll.’

‘I don’t regret a single kilo or sausage roll and I know when the time comes to get fit and be back in shape, I’ll be able to do it,’ she said of her weight-loss approach.

‘I may never get back to my size six hips and my washboard abs, but I’m comfortable with that.

‘I want to have more children and I’m proud of how strong my body was. I feel amazing,’ the fitness entrepreneur continued.
