Trump commiserates with ‘Jeff Bozo’ about the collapse of his marriage following ‘accurate’ report

Trump commiserates with ‘Jeff Bozo’ about his $140bn divorce after his ‘affair’ was revealed in magazine owned by president’s one-time ally David Pecker – and says he hopes the Amazon boss loses the Washington Post

  • Trump continuing a stream of tweets on Sunday took time out to jab at Jeff Bezos over the collapse of his marriage likely sparked by a National Enquirer story
  • Trump also hoped that the Washington Post ‘will soon be placed in better & more responsible hands!’
  • The Enquirer claims its photographers caught Bezos and his paramour, Lauren Sanchez, together ‘no fewer than six times in 14 days’

Trump took to Twitter to take a swipe at billionaire nemesis Jeff Bezos after the National Enquirer, run by one-time Trump ally, David Pecker published its bombshell report of Bezos’ split with his wife.

‘So sorry to hear the news about Jeff Bozo being taken down by a competitor whose reporting,’ the President sarcastically tweeted purposefully misspelling Bezos’ name.

‘I understand, is far more accurate than the reporting in his lobbyist newspaper, the Amazon Washington Post,’ Trump added, this time jabbing at the news outlet owned by Bezos. ‘Hopefully the paper will soon be placed in better & more responsible hands!’

Trump has been particularly critical of The Washington Post in its coverage of his administration, and Jeff Bezos has often been the target of his retaliations on Twitter about what he considers to be unfair coverage.

‘Well, I wish him luck. I wish him luck,’ Trump said only days ago about the Bezos divorce. ‘It’s going to be a beauty.’

Meanwhile, the National Enquirer’ claims Bezos has been meeting Lauren Sanchez, 49,  the former anchor of Fox 11’s Good Day LA, for illicit trysts, taking her on vacation in his $65 million private jet and sending selfies ‘too explicit to print’.

The Enquirer says its photographer caught the lovebirds ‘doing the dirty on their spouses together no fewer than six times in 14 days’ in an investigation it calls the ‘largest investigation’ in the magazine’s history.

Jeff Bezos and his wife MacKenzie did not have a prenuptial agreement in place which will leave her with half of the $140 billion fortune knocking Bezos down to fifth richest person in the world.

Enquirer boss Pecker was part of a plan with Trump and his lawyer Michael Cohen to ‘bury’ negative stories about Trump, and Pecker ended up cooperating with investigators.

Cohen and Pecker have each admitted to the scheme to have AMI pay $150,000 to Playboy model Karen McDougal who was shopping a story about an affair with Trump before the 2016 election.
