Tziporah Malkah, previously known as Kate Fisher, arrived at Melbourne Magistrates Court on Friday morning after being charged with driving offences.
The former fiancée of billionaire James Packer is accused of driving while intoxicated in the affluent suburb of Toorak on January 3.
