‘She seemed ok with it’: American tourist walks his girlfriend along street on a DOG LEAD as he sips a beer in Colombian city

This is the bizarre moment a woman is walked down the street with a silver dog lead around her neck by a U.S tourist.
A motorist filmed the unusual sight in the north-western Colombian resort city of Cartagena, on the country’s Caribbean coast.
In the footage shared on Facebook and seen by 27,000 people, a man in shorts is seen walking along the pavement while sipping a bottled beer.

Alongside him is a woman wearing a chain around her neck that is connected to the man’s wrist.
The bemused motorist filming the couple zooms in on them and shows the chained woman being led along by her partner but she appears to be fine with it.
As the motorist slowly drives along the road, following the couple, the woman turns around but appears calm and isn’t bothered by the chain.
After walking pass a restaurant and other people in the street the couple turn towards what looks like a crossing and the short clip ends.

The couple, who have not been named but who local media said were ‘of US origin’, were enjoying a stroll along San Martin Avenue in the Colombian port city.
It is unclear if anyone filed a complaint against them and if police are looking into the incident.
Local resident Gian Filgueno said: ‘Many tourists come here with their own way of doing things, often covered in tattoos, but this really did shock us.
‘The guy had the woman on the end of a lead like an animal and she seemed okay with it.’
