She is one of the world’s best-paid models and the longest-serving Victoria’s Secret Angel ever.
But while multi-millionaire Adrianna Lima undoubtedly has access to the best personal trainers and nutrition advice, the busy mother of two also has times when she is stuck for access to a gym while she’s on the go.
The 36-year-old has revealed how she manages to stay fit when she’s travelling to far-flung locations for shoots and it’s super simple – a jump rope.
The Angels will be flying to Shanghai in China for this year’s Victoria Angels show later this month.
And according to her trainer, the Brazilian beauty will likely be walking in her last one – so the pressure will be on the look her best.
Adriana Lima’s perfect figure and stunning looks has made her the highest-earning VS model in 2016, according to Forbes

Adriana, speaking to CR Fashion Book, said she’s been ‘switching things up’ lately. She’s always been an avid boxer, but says recently she’s been doing a lot of circuit training and running.
But she says she finds keeping fit on the road ‘really challenging’.
‘I have a gym at my hotel, I’ll wake up and do a quick workout, or I’ll run outside as a way to see the place that I’m visiting,’ she said.
‘Another good trick of mine is packing a jump rope and doing ten minutes in my room first thing in the morning to get my heart rate up.’
The 36-year-old mother-of-two showed off her gruelling boxing workouts at Aerospace High Performance Center in New York City
The Victoria’s Secret Angel said she is inspired by boxers and athletes such as Muhammad Ali

Harder to stay in shape
Adriana has said that she doesn’t ‘diet’ but eats a healthy, balanced diet all year round because she wants to be a good example for her two daughters.
That means training consistently too, although she will ‘eat a little bit leaner’ and cut out her favourite treat of sweets in the run up to the Victoria Secrets show each year.
Back in 2012, she managed to get cat-walk ready and opened her fifth show in less than two months after giving birth to her second daughter.
But Adriana admits she finds it harder to stay in shape after pregnancy.
‘It doesn’t bounce back the way it used after having kids, so I have to workout really hard to be in good shape in addition to being a tired mother,’ she said.
The model has previously told MailOnline that she suggest people who don’t have a lot of time to workout should try to do pushups, burpees, and short 10-minute runs when they can
She said she is a fan of smoothies, fresh fruit, and veggies, takes a daily vitamin and drink lots of different herbal teas to help ‘purify’ her body.
Her advice would you give to other new mother trying to get back in shape is to not out themselves under too much pressure.
‘Don’t be too hard on yourself and listen to your body – it will tell you when it’s ready to workout again,’ she said.
Adriana said she makes sure to target her abs, legs, and buttocks during her workouts ahead of the show
Adriana admitted that there is a lot of pressure before the show because ‘you’re not wearing much, and you do want to look your best’
The beauty, who has two daughters, Valentina, seven, and Sienna, four, has said her little girls are aware that ‘mommy is a model’
‘Work hard, but make sure not to deprive your body of necessary nutrients, because it’s really important to keep your energy up to hit the gym.’
Adriana revealed she’s partial to the odd treat and said she ‘could eat Brazilian food forever’.
She revealed she makes a mean dish called feijoada, a stew of beans with beef and pork and says ‘can’t get enough’ of chocolate molten cake.
Adriana’s trainer Michael Olajide told Observerthat 2017 will be her last show, via email.
