A West Australian bouncer has been caught on camera repeatedly punching a patron outside a nightclub.

The footage was captured on Saturday night outside Rollercoaster nightclub in Mandurah.

Security guards can be seen attempting to break up a brawl outside the club before one official begins repeatedly punching a man who is lying on the ground.

The fight appears to spill out from a sidewalk onto the street outside the venue in the Smart Street Mall.

Several men can be seen throwing punches at one another before the security guards become involved.

Pushed up against a brick fence, a bouncer can be seen throwing a flurry of punches at a man on the ground as a group of other men scuffle nearby.

Another security guard stands close to the melee but does not get involved.

The fight continues as two men stand and back off, before one unleashes a vicious right hook, hitting the other man in the neck.

Blood can be seen smeared on a pot outside the club. 

‘The incident took place after an on-duty security guard was hit following an altercation between two groups of patrons,’ the owner of Rollercoaster told Seven News.

‘The venue will ensure the guard in question is off-roster while further investigations are taking place.’
