Mark Ruffalo and Jennifer Garner gave 13 Going on 30 fans a treat when they reunited for his Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony on Thursday.
The actor, 56, was honored with a star at the event and Garner, 51, his co-star from the 2004 film, paid tribute with a hilarious speech, which she said she wrote in the car on the way over to the event, having been tasked with speaking only the night before.
‘Why wasn’t I asked to do this in the first place?’ she quipped at the podium. ‘I kicked off the Mark Ruffalo rom-com era!’
Twenty years after kicking off that era with 13 Going on 30, the Hollywood besties recreated the famous Thriller dance sequence from the movie during an adorable photo-op.
With their hands raised in the air ala Michael Jackson’s zombies, Mark and Jennifer hilariously channeled their characters Matty and Jenna, respectively.

Jennifer even teased Mark in her speech, recounting his attempt to back out of the film after the initial rehearsal for the Thriller scene.
‘Mark went from kind of shocked that we actually had to do this to antsy to a deathly quiet to ‘bro, this is not for me,” she recalled.
Jennifer then commended Mark for his acting prowess,
‘To work with you, Mark, is to love you, I don’t care what anyone says,’ she jokingly began.
‘You allow yourself to be fully known by your colleagues, by the audience, by the world,’ she continued.
‘Your work on Poor Things deserves all of the awards, all of them. But the real success is in how thrilled and delighted your colleagues are to have the opportunity to lift you up and celebrate you.
‘Every time your name is called, Hollywood takes a deep collective breath and says, ‘Okay, the good and right thing has happened.’ “
Ruffalo, who scored his fourth Oscar nomination last month for his work in Poor Things, attended the event with his wife, Sunrise Coigney, and their three children: Keen, Bella and Odette.
