29-year-old who is pregnant with her NINTH child details hectic life

A 29-year-old mother who is pregnant with her ninth son has detailed her daily routine with her boys, saying she spends $400 a week on groceries and makes a dozen eggs every morning.

Yalancia and Michael Rosario, from Dallas, Texas, are the proud parents of Jamel, 12, Michael Jr., nine, Angelo, eight, Gimani, five, Armani, three, Sincere, one, and Khaza, five months. Their fourth son, also named Armani, was stillborn.

The couple has another baby on the way, and while they were hoping for a girl, they learned they are having another boy during a gender reveal that was documented on the Truly series My Extraordinary Family.

‘I love having a big family,’ Yalancia said. ‘I wouldn’t trade it for the world. Literally, it’s never a dull moment, and everywhere we go, we get great behavior compliments. They’re great children. I do believe them having that family togetherness helps a lot.’

Michael grew up with four sisters while Yalancia is the oldest of seven children. Having a big family was important to both of them, and he admitted that if money and health weren’t an issue, he’d like to have 20 children.

‘I’m great with the idea of 10 to 12 kids,’ she added, though she doesn’t actually like being pregnant.

‘I get severely sick. I puke non-stop all day long. It doesn’t stop,’ she explained. ‘It lasts the whole nine months until you actually push the baby out. If [Michael] could carry babies, I would surely let him finish off carrying the rest.’

The couple’s oldest sons sleep on triple bunkbeds — three in each room — while their youngest sleeps in their bedroom.

Yalancia has gotten into the routine of bulk meal prepping and setting out her sons’ outfits the night before to make mornings easier for them. She said they typically wake up, brush their teeth, and get dressed ahead of breakfast.

‘We usually do a dozen of eggs and they eat some pancake sausages. That’s what the younger kids eat because they’re picky,’ she said.

‘Believe it or not, I only go to the grocery store once a week, and we usually spend about $400 a week. My biggest challenge is managing all the extra laundry and the housework,’ she noted.

However, Yalancia insisted that things get easier as her sons get older, saying they have ‘become great helpers.’

‘I don’t have to ask them or beg them,’ she said. ‘They voluntarily do it, and it’s just been amazing. They’re awesome.’

Yalancia and Michael’s eldest son, Jamel, was hoping her ninth child would be another baby boy, though some of his younger brothers wanted to welcome a girl.

‘I think they just don’t know what to expect if it was a girl. I think I don’t know what I would expect either,’ the mom admitted ahead of the gender reveal.

‘If I was going to Las Vegas, I’ll be betting on blue for sure,’ she added.

The family had a balloon filled with either blue or pink confetti to find out the baby’s gender. When they popped it, they learned Yalancia was pregnant with another boy.

According to the mom, her boys love being brothers and are happy to welcome another sibling into the mix.

‘They’re never alone. They’re always together, and I think that’s one thing that they all enjoy. They love it,’ she said. ‘So, when we bring up having more children, they’re always excited and happy.’
