A pair of strappy heels, loved by Australian and international fashion stars, is set to become this season’s essential shoe.
But the stunning square-toed sandals, created by Italian luxury label Bottega Veneta, also come with a designer price, with a pair costing $1000.
The heels, which tap into a 90s vibe, a fashion era that’s making a swift return, have been spotted on the likes of Rosie Huntington Whiteley and Australian beauty entrepreneur Elle Ferguson.
Adding these to your wardrobe is a must, however justifying the price is another matter entirely. Fortunately, a savvy stylist has found a similar version priced at just $70.

Beauty entrepreneur and Australian fashion figure Elle Ferguson recently took to Instagram to reveal she loved the heels so much, she’d recently bought two pairs
The heels, recently posted to Instagram by Brisbane-based Izabella Angus, are from Dazie and are available from the online retailer, The Iconic.
Priced at $69.99, the Halina heels feature black faux leather with a patent finish and come with an open toe, also slightly squared.
While not a replica of the sandal by Bottega Veneta – the toe is slightly narrower – the Dazie version is fairly close.

Izabella’s Instagram post, shared to social media just days ago, has over three thousand likes as well as hundreds of comments from fans ‘loving’ her look.
In addition to being available in black, Dazie is also offering the nine-centimetre heels in a fabulous shade of terracotta.
At present The Iconic is offering 15 per cent off at the checkout.
