More than 80 firefighters are tackling a large blaze at a flat in Holland Park Gardens in Kensington.
Twelve fire engines were called to the blaze, where part of a first floor flat is currently alight.
The building is less than one mile away from Grenfell Tower and approximately eight neighbouring properties have been evacuated as a precaution.

The Brigade was called at 9.45pm on Tuesday. Fire crews from Hammersmith, Kensington, North Kensington and other surrounding fire stations are at the scene.
The cause of the fire is not known at this stage.
