Concerns mount for missing girl, 15, from London

Fears are mounting for the safety of a missing teenager girl who was last seen yesterday.

Police have appealed for any information regarding the whereabouts of Shanel Nelson, 15, from the Kensington and Chelsea borough, who was last seen at 4.45pm. 

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: ‘She is described as black, around 5ft 3ins tall and of slim build.

‘She has black hair which she usually has tied in a bun.

The spokesman added: ‘It is not known what she might be wearing.

‘Shanel is known to frequent the Shepherd’s Bush, Haringey and Waltham Forest areas, and often travels on various bus routes.’ 

The youngster went missing on November 14 last year and was spotted in the Shepard’s Bush area four days later.
