Super fans will go to great lengths to show support for their favourite stars, including getting a celebrity tattoo.
These dedicated fans have permanently inked their bodies with portraits of their favourite athletes, musicians and actors.
However, many of these portraits are less than desirable, raising questions as to which stars the tattoos are meant to depict.
Now, just days after it was revealed that heavyweight champion Tyson Fury approved of a fan’s ridiculed tattoo of his face, MailOnline is challenging readers to guess which star is being honoured in these horrific tattoos…

From a contorted Nigel Farage next to a McDonald’s milkshake to an unrecognisable Michelle Keegan -MailOnline revealed some of the world’s dodgiest celebrity tattoos.
Earlier this week it was revealed Tyson Fury approved of a fan’s ridiculed tattoo which honoured the heavyweight champion.
Mum-of-two Anna Sinclair said the Gypsy King was her idol for inspiring her to quit drinking booze.
After spotting Fury at a hotel in Tenerife she leapt at the opportunity to show him her ink work.
When Ms Sinclair originally posted her tattoo to Facebook she was bombarded with mean comments saying it looks nothing like Tyson Fury.
But she felt she had the last laugh after her idol confirmed he loved the tattoo.
While Tyson Fury was lucky enough to be wearing a crown in his fan’s tattoo, Nigel Farage was not so fortunate.
Writer Matthew Haddon-Reichardt decided to tattoo the former UKIP leader with a giant McDonald’s milkshake on his thigh to raise money for charity in 2019.
The song lyric: ‘My milkshake brings all the boys to the yard,’ is also written around Farage’s bemused look.
The heavyweight champion of the world Tyson Fury said he loved Anna Sinclair’s ink work after the pair met in Tenerife
Mr Haddon-Reichardt described himself as pro-UKIP and anti-Brexit and said he wanted an equally ambiguous tattoo to irritate both Brexiteers and Remainers
Mr Haddon-Reichardt said he first got the idea for the charity fundraiser when he decided he was too unfit to run a marathon but perfectly capable to get a ‘silly tattoo’.
The milkshake is in reference to Farage being pelted by the drink while campaigning for Brexit in Newcastle in 2019.
He also explained that he wanted to get a tattoo ambiguous enough to irritate both Brexiteers and Remainers as the UK prepared to leave the EU.
To an even stranger tattoo next – super soap fan Stephen Jones, from Manchester, added actress Michelle Keegan to his calf alongside a host of other soap stars over his body.
There was only one problem – it looked absolutely nothing like her.
Mr Jones did, however, make sure to include the former Coronation Street star’s signature.
This slotted in nicely alongside his other Michelle Keegan tattoo across his stomach.
The mega soap fan also has ink work of two other Coronation Street actresses in Kim Marsh and Tina O’Brien.
Yet, even Mr Jones might agree that no one is as dedicated a fan as the Miley Cyrus obsessed Carl McCoid.
The East Yorkshire ironing business owner spent nearly £3,000 on getting 29 tattoos of the Hannah Montana star on his body.
Can you spot the difference? Lets hope mega soap fan Stephen Jones kept the receipt on his Michelle Keegan calf tattoo
Mr Jones is a massive Coronation Street fan and has several soap stars tattooed across his body
Mr McCoid, from East Yorkshire, has 29 tattoos of Miley Cyrus across his body including the words ‘BREAKOUT’ and ‘OBSESSED’ on his forearms, which refer to one of her songs and albums
The singer-songwriter caused quite the storm on social media which was all in aid of promoting her new single about Styles
Kelsy revealed the worried text messages her mother sent her as she hid at her manager’s house for three days so no one would know the tattoo was fake
Mr McCoid has even named one of his daughters after the 30-year-old Cyrus and said the pop star helped him through his divorce.
The mega fan did however admit in 2010 that he wanted to get them all removed after the singer described them as ‘ugly’ and ‘creepy’.
Up until this point every ultra-fan was still able to cover up their tattoos with a long-sleeve shirt or pair of trousers.
That was certainly not the case for singer-songwriter Kelsy Karter.
The 31-year-old New Zealand artist had a fake tattoo inked on to her cheek to promote her new single at the time ‘Harry’, named after the One Direction singer.
Karter revealed that she received a surge of hate from Harry Styles fans plus worried phone calls and messages from her friends and family after the $300 stunt.
To make things seem extra real she even hired the famous Los Angeles tattoo artist Romeo Lacoste to do the deed and hid at her manager’s house for three days.
Now on to Matt Benton – this football fan lost a very painful bet after promising to get Manchester United star Harry Maguire’s face inked on to his chest if he scored against Sweden in England’s 2018 World Cup quarter-final.
After seeing Benton post a picture of the finished artwork to Twitter, the former Leicester City centre-back retweeted the photo and promised to send the dedicated fan an England shirt signed by the whole squad.
Maguire also showed a sense of humour by tweeting: ‘Can’t believe what I’m seeing… Great effort. DM me and I’ll sort out a signed England shirt from the lads. #FullyDeserved #YouMustHaveABigChest.’
Mr Benton can be seen with a slightly reddened chest after getting the ink work done, but he looks more than happy with the result.
From the world of sport to showbiz, former teaching assistant Viv Bodycote decided to get a huge tattoo of Jeremy Kyle hugging his security guard on her back.
Matt Benton seems very happy despite a sore looking Harry Maguire tattoo on his chest
Viv Bodycote said she watched The Jeremy Kyle show every day for 14 years and wanted to honour her favourite TV presenter
Jeremy Kyle’s security guard, known as Big Steve, was a staple on the show before it was cancelled in 2019
Ms Bodycote said she spent every day watching the Jeremy Kyle show for 14 years and wanted to tribute her favourite TV show host.
It took a whopping six-and-a-half hours to get the ink work done and after showing it to her hero, he jokingly replied saying it looks like he ‘had wind’.
On to another pair of TV show hosts, Kelvin Jackson-Bowers decided to get Ant and Dec tattooed on his leg to boost his chances of winning an all expenses paid trip to Florida on Saturday Night Takeaway.
However, just hours after his tattoo was finished Ant McPartlin was arrested for drink driving and the show was taken off the air leaving Mr Jackson-Bowers with a pretty useless tattoo.
His family, who are obsessed with Saturday Night Takeaway, eventually managed to convince him to get the ink work to boost their chances of winning.
While it may not have worked out exactly as planned, he said he did it for his six-year-old child who had his heart set on winning the prize.
Rounding off this selection of dodgy celeb tats we have some bizarre and wonderful entries.
Soap opera mega fan Mandy Crowther decided to get a portrait of EastEnders star Shane Ritchie on her back to match her Shane Ritchie branded car and wheelie bin.
She paid £1,000 to have pictures of him printed across her Peugeot 306 Cabriolet convertible and has also adorned her home with Shane Ritchie memorabilia.
It took days of convincing from his family but he finally gave in and let his tattoo artist father-in-law give him the ink
Ms Crowther admitted her son was embarrassed by his mum’s obsession with Ritchie, who plays the popular character Alfie Moon on EastEnders, and he would often wear a hat so he wasn’t seen with her
Robert Hogan, a lorry driver from Didcot, Oxfordshire, went one step further than Ms Crowther and dedicated the entirety of his back to the seven-time Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton.
Robert, known as Budgie, said the tattoo took more than a year of sessions from start to finish.
He enlisted the help of tattoo artist Ladislav Hacel to help transform his idea into a reality.
Professional boxing coach Jon Pitman also had his tattoo of Mike Tyson signed by the former heavyweight boxing champion.
Madonna can be seen with very long legs and – rather strangely – a gun across the back of one of her extremely dedicated fans.
Another Madonna die-hard has got what is supposed to be the 64-year-old Queen of Pop on his calf, but I’m not too convinced.
An elongated Lady Gaga was found on a fan’s arm in Los Angeles and also across the torso of another superfan.
And finally, one Ru Paul and Pink mega fan decided they wanted mega portraits of the pair across their thighs.
