A tearful Nadia Bartel was comforted by her mother and other family members outside her parents’ home on Wednesday, as the emotional strain of her split with husband, AFL star Jimmy, appeared to take its toll.
The mother-of-two broke down following claims her estranged husband ‘has been in a long term relationship with socialite Lauren Mand’.
A source told Daily Mail Australia that the 34-year-old WAG left her shared home with Jimmy in mid-June, and moved in with her parents permanently in July.

Hinting the split has been a long time coming, the insider added that Jimmy and Nadia have rarely been seen together over the last year.
‘Last year we saw Nadia at cafes in the area frequently with her parents and kids, but Jimmy was never with her,’ the source claimed.
On Wednesday, the former WAG cried in the arms of her mother outside her parents’ home in inner suburb, Middle Park.

Another woman, believed to be Nadia’s sister, also hugged the fashion blogger, while she affectionately held a tiny baby.
On Tuesday, ‘heartbroken’ Nadia broke her silence on her unexpected split from Jimmy, which was first announced last week.
Speaking to the Herald Sun, she said it had been a ‘difficult month’ for her amid her split from Jimmy and the rumours surrounding Lauren.
Friends of the estranged couple have alleged that Jimmy, since his split, is now in a long-term relationship with Lauren.
‘Although I’m heartbroken, I don’t want to comment specifically on what’s been reported about Jim’s trip to the UK as I don’t think that is in anyone’s interests,’ Nadia said.
‘My single focus now is to continue to protect, care and provide for my two beautiful boys as this is a personal matter.’
Nadia is believed to have discovered Jimmy’s romance with Lauren through text messages.
