Aaron Carter’s twin sister Angel Conrad ‘filed’ legal documents for a domestic violence restraining order against her brother on Friday morning.
TMZ reported that paperwork was submitted in Los Angeles against the 31-year-old Candy singer.
A judge has reportedly not yet ‘heard the case’ to warrant a decision on the legal order of protection.

Aaron’s older brother Nick Carter filed a similar restraining order earlier this week claiming that Aaron is a danger to the family.
Angel claimed Nick had told her that he fantasized about killing babies and Nick’s pregnant wife.
He alleged that Aaron told Angel on Aug. 7: ‘I want to tell you something that I never told you before. I was diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar 2 years ago.’

When Angel asked him if he heard voices, that’s when he said: ‘I have thoughts of killing babies.’
The court documents state Angel asked her brother if he thought of killing anyone else and that he replied he thinks about killing Nick’s pregnant wife Lauren Kitt.
Nick and Lauren, who already have a son Odin, three, are expecting their second child next month.
They added that they were particularly scared because Aaron legally owns guns and is allowed to keep them.
