Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale produced a wild celebration in delight after Bruno Fernandes dragged his penalty wild.
Mikel Arteta’s side reignited their top-four hopes after beating Manchester United 3-1 at the Emirates Stadium.
But United had the opportunity to draw level when Arsenal led 2-1, only for Fernandes strike the post from the penalty spot to the delight of Ramsdale.

Steve McManaman, who was on commentary for BT Sport said: ‘See Ramsdale’s celebration, wasn’t it reminiscent of someone missing a penalty many moons ago against Van Nistelrooy.
Keown celebrated in similar fashion when the two sides met at Old Trafford in 2003, jumping and celebrating in front of Ruud van Nistelrooy, who missed an injury-time penalty to extend Arsenal’s unbeaten run.

Arsenal took the lead after just three minutes as Nuno Tavares reacted fast to David De Gea’s save from Bukayo Saka’s strike.
The win against Manchester United has seen Arsenal go three points clear of Tottenham
