Abbi Jacobson reveals that she is engaged to her partner of two years Jodi Balfour in Los Angeles

Abbi Jacobson has become engaged to her partner of nearly two years, Jodi Balfour.

The news about the 38-year-old actress was confirmed by Entertainment Tonight, who noted that the couple made their red carpet debut at the premiere of A League Of Their Own, which took place on Thursday evening.

The Broad City star and the Bomb Girls cast member have been in a relationship since 2020.

Balfour, 35, notably shared a pair of shots of herself and Jacobson spending time at the event to her Instagram Story.

The The Mitchells vs. the Machines voice actress donned a flowing red sleeved dress during the event.

She notably sported what appeared to be an engagement ring on her left hand while she spent time with her fiancee.

The For All Mankind actress opted for a light pink dress, and sported one white and one red shoe.

Jacobson and Balfour initially revealed that they had been dating in a pair of posts that were shared to their respective Instagram accounts this past October.

The two were visibly affectionate with each other in both of the photos.

The former penned a short message in her post’s caption that read: ‘One year with this incredible human. Don’t know how I got so lucky.’

The latter wrote a statement of her own, where she described her relationship as ‘365 days of the best surprise of my life.’

Jacobson and Balfour occasionally shared snaps with each other over the course of their pre-engagement romance. 

Jacobson previously opened up about her dating life during an interview with Vanity Fair, where she discussed her ideal partner. 

‘I kind of go both ways; I date men and women. They have to be funny, doing something they love,’ she stated.  

When informed that taking part in the interview would likely mean that she would be approached by potential partners, the actress stated that ‘the world is my oyster.’
