Former Bachelor star Abbie Chatfield has splashed out $1.7 million for a two-bedroom unit in Tamarama, in Sydney’s east.
According to Domain this week, the 27-year-old splashed out $1,758,000 – which was $117,000 below the listed sale price for the home.
The light and breezy apartment has an open-plan living room which opens to a sunroom. The home has a basic kitchen and bathroom.

The home failed to sell at auction with Abbie making the purchase before it was sent to auction for a second time.

Tamarama sits about one kilometre from Bondi beach, with it part of the highly-popular Bondi to Coogee walk.
It becomes the second piece of Abbie’s property portfolio after she purchased a cottage last October.
The purchase comes off the back of Abbie shelling out $1.45 million for a cottage in the Byron Bay hinterland.

It is 71sqm and has a spacious 36sqm decking, perfect for sunbathing and entertainment.

Abbie revealed this month to Mia Freedman on No Filter that her lucrative endorsement deals helped her purchase the home.
