She was recently named one of Australia’s most influential media figures.

And Abbie Chatfield showed off her summer style on Wednesday as she stepped out in Double Bay, Sydney, wearing an all-white linen outfit.

The TV and radio host, 27, swept her hair up into a messy bun and went makeup free while running errands in the swanky eastern suburb.

Her pants featured flared hems and a high waist, and she left all but two of the buttons on her long-sleeved shirt undone.

She accessorised with brown sandals and gold jewellery as she carried her phone and car keys in one hand and balanced a book in the crook of her arm.

Abbie forgot to wear sunglasses as she was forced to squint against the sun’s glare.

It comes after Abbie, who placed 10th on this year’s Maxim Hot 100 list, revealed on her podcast It’s A Lot this week she once rejected an eye-watering $50,000 job offer from a fast-fashion brand because it didn’t ‘morally align’ with her.

Fast-fashion companies are known for being wasteful and unsustainable, and often use unethical manufacturing methods in third-world countries.

After Abbie mentioned she was doing well enough for herself to reject gigs, her producer Oscar Gordan asked what the biggest amount she’d ever turned down was.

‘The most amount I’ve turned down… because the brand didn’t morally align with me. I think around, like, $50,000 for a day,’ she said.

‘Because I didn’t want to be involved with this brand, because it was fast fashion. I was like, “I’m not going to f**king promote that for $50,000.”‘

‘For any money, I would have gone, “No, f**k no,”‘ she continued.

She went on to say she would ‘feel so gross and dirty’ if she had taken the money to promote fast fashion.
