Adele has earned a staggering £28MILLION in one year from the two companies that bank profits from her successful recording career.

Account summaries made up to December 31 show the Someone Like You songstress, 33, had huge income in the year she released her comeback album 30.

Melted Stone Publishing Ltd which was formed in April 2011 showed cash in the bank and in hand at £8,941,779 after costs of £4,518,566.

Adele is the sole director of that company under her real name Adele Laurie Blue Adkins.

In addition Melted Stone Ltd which was formed in April 2008 showed cash in the bank and in hand at £19,996,938. 

Adele is the sole director and secretary of that company. That makes the total £28,938,717 overall.

It comes after Adele led the nominations for the 2022 BRIT Awards, with an impressive four nods.  

It’s been a bumper year for the star who returned to the top of the charts earlier this year with Easy On Me, her first single since 2016.

And after the success of the follow up album 30, the star has also landed nods in the Song of the Year, Album of the Year and Pop, R&B categories.   

Adele is also set to make an average of more than $2 million a show on her upcoming Las Vegas concert residency Weekends With Adele.

The musical artist, according to Billboard, is slated to play twice a weekend from January 21 thru April 16 at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace, and tickets sold out in about six hours earlier this week on Ticketmaster.

An estimate of 100,000 overall tickets went on sale for the 24 shows at the venue, which has a capacity of around 4,200, according to the outlet. 

The outlet reported that ticket prices to see the Grammy-winning artist ranged from $5,000 each for the front three rows in the orchestra from Ticketmaster’s platinum program; $860 each for the Colosseum’s front section; and $600 for the front portion of the upper balcony at the venue. 

Some tickets were priced as cheap as $85, according to the report.

The totals also include Ticketmaster fees which range from 27 percent to 32 percent.

About $600,000 in income per show was made in fees for Ticketmaster and the Colosseum, according to the report. 

Resale demand for the shows was through the roof, as prices for individual tickets had ranged from $2,000 to as high as $35,000, according to a report from TMZ. 

The current record for revenues made by Las Vegas residencies belong to singer Celine Dion, who took in more than $630.6 for her residencies A New Day, which ran from 2003-2007 and averaged $539,000 a show; and Celine, which ran from 2011-2019 and took in $654,000.

According to Billboard, Elton John’s Red Piano series from 2004-2009 took in an average of $673,000 in sales; while Britney Spears’ Piece of Me show from 2013-2017 averaged around $555,000.

The Colosseum has past hosted residencies from legendary artists including Elton John, Mariah Carey, Bette Midler, Cher and Rod Stewart, among others.

The London native, who shares nine-year-old son Angelo with Simon Konecki, is set to perform on the heels of her latest hit album 30.
