‘We bought it in 2014 when we didn’t have kids and now we are upsizing,’ Fisher told Realestate.com.au.

The footy official said his family ‘really love the area’ and won’t be moving too far.

His home has five bedrooms – including a main with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite – plus two bathrooms, two stylish living rooms and a double garage.

It also has a deluxe kitchen with stone finishes and quality appliances, an undercover deck that overlooks a solar heated pool, a poolside cabana and barbecue area.

‘[We have loved] the light and brightness of [the house], with the wide hallway and the big backyard,’ Fisher said.

He added it was going to be difficult to ‘leave behind’ the outdoor entertainment area, which was often used for gatherings at Christmastime.

Marshall White Bayside director Matthew Pillios described the sale as a ‘real summer package’ with ‘really nice landscaping’.

He explained that families ‘from all over’ had already expressed interest, ranging from locals who were upsizing to buyers looking to get into the bayside market.
