Dustin ‘Dusty’ Martin has a brand new pad. 

The AFL ‘bad boy’, 30, has dropped a cool $1.7million on a beachfront apartment in Port Melbourne reports The Herald Sun. 

The luxury home, which was sold off market in April, features two bedrooms, and amazing views of Port Phillip Bay.

The sleeping quarters come complete with impressive walk-in wardrobes. 

They also have a gorgeous marble en suite, as well as leading out to a picturesque terrace.

In May, rumours swirled that the Richmond player was looking to move from Melbourne to the Harbour City.

During an interview with Pedestrian, Dustin praised Sydney for its ‘better weather’ and ‘awesome beaches’.

He explained: ‘I love both [Melbourne and Sydney] but they are both so different so it’s hard to compare.’

Dustin added: ‘Obviously, Sydney’s beaches are awesome and the weather is better. Then Melbourne has awesome cafés and restaurants.’

The athlete was discharged from a Gold Coast hospital in July, and began his rehabilitation from a lacerated kidney.

He left the facility nine days after an on-field collision with Brisbane’s Mitch Robinson ended his season.
