The gorgeous Melbourne mansion owned by well-known AFL big-wig Brendan Gale has been listed with an eye-watering price guide of $6million-$6.6million.
Located in sought-after Brighton, 13km from the CBD, the sprawling vintage estate boasts six bedrooms, four bathrooms and ‘a hidden room’.
The 55-year-old, who is the CEO of Richmond Football Club, bought the 1,288 square metre ‘Manhattan-style’ spread for $2.525million in 2008.
Gale later splashed out a staggering $974,000 on extensive renovations in 2016, designed by prestige architect Ben Lempriere, reports the Herald Sun.
According to the publication, Gale and his wife Jane wanted a ‘New York’ feel for the re-design that kept the period details of the lavish spread, originally built in 1917.
