After Hours til Dawn tour: The Weeknd announces dates for Australian and New Zealand concerts
The Weeknd is heading Down Under.
The 33-year-old pop star, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye, will bring his After Hours Til Dawn World Tour to Australia in November and December.
With special guests Mike Dean and R&B singer Chxrry22, The Weeknd will play shows in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
Concert tickets will go on sale on September 1.
The tour will kick off in Brisbane at the Suncorp stadium on November 20, before travelling to Sydney for a gig at the Accor stadium on November 24.

The Weeknd will wrap things up with a final show at Melbourne’s Marvel stadium on December 1.
The Grammy award winner will also be doing at a concert in New Zealand at Auckland’s Eden Park on December 7.
He last performed in Australia as part of his Starboy World Tour in 2017.
The superstar poster has already achieved massive success on his world tour so far.
Rolling Stone reports he recently filled London’s stadium with 160,000 fans over two nights, which is a record attendance for the venue.

He also set ticket sales in France soaring on the current tour, breaking concert box office records in Nice after playing to 70,000 in Nice.
In Italy The Weeknd stunned locals when he recently became the first performer to sell out the Ippodromo La Maura in Milan over two nights.
In Australia, the singer has had two recent hit albums with 2022’s Dawn FM and 2020’s After Hours both albums reaching No. 1 on the ARIA chart.
