Savvy investors have listed the budget beauty product on eBay for five times the retail price after stocking up on the Lacura Caviar range at the discount supermarket stores.
Those who missed out on the highly-anticipated sale will now be able to find the product on eBay, with some sellers listing them for a ridiculous $99.95.

One shopper said her local Aldi store sold out of the beauty range within seven minutes of opening its doors
‘This makes me so angry. Please don’t support this and purchase on eBay for these ridiculous prices,’ one outraged customer said.
Another said: ‘People sell them for three times the price on eBay. Makes me so mad! Wish they would just stock it all year round.’
The caviar skin products went on sale in stores across the country on May 8 as part of its Special Buys promotion.
Some have gone as far as to say the cream is just as good as the popular La Prairie Skin Caviar Luxe Cream, which retails for a staggering $575.
‘They have been directly compared to the very expensive La Prairie brand and very good. Hence the craze,’ one said.
One shopper said her local Aldi store sold out of the beauty range within seven minutes of opening its doors.
‘There were 60 year old men buying it by the tray at our store on the Gold Coast at opening,’ another customer said.
One woman said: ‘This is honestly the best face cream I have ever used in my life and it’s selling like hot cakes. The best part my massive haul cost less than buying one of my usual day and night creams.’

‘Lacura caviar day cream is a miracle. Using this one year and tonight was asked for ID when buying wine. I’m 42 year old mum of four,’ one woman posted on Twitter about the benefits of the product.
‘The gel is definitely insanely firming,’ another wrote on Instagram.
The cream has also been described by reviewers as both ‘very moisturising without that greasy feeling’ and ‘gliding on like a dream’.

According to the German supermarket, what makes the $30 cream so good is that it is ‘revolutionary’ and contains snow algae extract.
‘Elasticity improves and radiance restored skin becomes smoother and silkier deeply moisturises, minimising wrinkles for a youthful and radiant appearance,’ the product description reads.
‘In conjunction with caviar extract it contains the revolutionary snow algae extract which stimulates collagen synthesis, effectively counteracting the skin aging process and therefore visible signs of aging.’
It also includes the Anti-Wrinkle Revolution Serum, Illumination Eye Mousse and a three-minute brightening mask.
