Aldi’s Special Buys fitness range will be released 28 January in Australia

Aldi has announced the release of a massive Special Buys sport and fitness range in Australian stores as thousands kick off their 2023 health goals.

The 23-piece selection offers buys for as little as $5 and will be available in stores Saturday, January 28.

The budget-friendly release includes a variety of tech gadgets, exercise equipment and athleisure wear, featuring everything from weight sets to a fitness massage gun and portable blender.

You can build your own at-home gym with exercise equipment, including a $40 3-tier dumbbell sports rack, $20 doorway pull up bar and $20 six piece weight set.

For those not interested in weight training, fitness equipment such as a $15 aerobic step, and a $6 yoga mat or block are available.

There is also a selection of athleisure clothes for men and women including tops from $8, shorts from $13, and tights from $15.

The range has several gadgets for healthy eating, such as a portable blender for $20 and a $35 electric lunchbox that heats up your meal.

There is also a 3-in-1 yogurt/cheese maker and food fermenter on offer, the $50 product aims to improve gut health.

Health conscious fitness lovers can pick up a fitness massage gun for $90, a $35 blood pressure monitor and a smart bathroom scales for $30.

Fitness fans are particularly excited about the massage gun, which is a returning product.
