Alec Baldwin and pregnant wife Hilaria push their two youngest children in strollers in NYC

Alec Baldwin and his pregnant wife, Hilaria Baldwin, certainly have their hands full with six — soon to be seven — children.

The couple was photographed together in New York City on Thursday pushing a pair of strollers with their two youngest children, with Hilaria taking a moment to play with son Edu’s hair while pushing Lucía with the other hand.

The Baldwins dressed casually for the outing, with Alec, 64, in a black jacket and Hilaria, 38, sporting a pink Barbie-branded tee with a plaid button-down worn over it.

Later on in the day, they appeared to leave the babies at home to spend some quality time with their four oldest kids, whom they took out for ice cream.

As she often does, Hilaria posted a selfie in her building before heading out, posing with one-year-old Edu in a stroller and showing off her outfit.

Hilaria has embraced a casual look while pregnant, and on Thursday wore one of her favorite plaid shirts with black leggings.

Though her mirror selfie included a pair of black slide-on sandals, she was in a pair of sheerling slippers by the time she made it out with Alec.

The pair seemed unconcerned that they were being noticed and looked to be deep in conversation during their outing, with Hilaria cracking a smile as they walked side by side.

And while her outfit was all about comfort, the soon-to-be mother-of-seven still sported a huge diamond ring that could be seen on her left hand.

Later in the day, Alec and Hilaria appear to have left their two youngest at home with a nanny or sitter to take their four oldest children out for ice cream.

In a photo Hilaria shared on Instagram, Alec sits outside at a table with Carmen, 8, Rafael, 6, Leonardo, 5, and Romeo, 3.

Alec smiled with an arm around one child as all four of the kids dig into their cones and cups from upscale gelato shop Amorino.

Hilaria also offered a run-down of her kids’ choice flavors: Romeo got dulce de leche, Carmen got half chocolate and half coffee, Leo chose raspberry and passionfruit sorbets, and Raf picked chocolate, vanilla, and mint.

In one photo, Romeo looked to be getting a bit sticky with ice cream melting down his hand, mouth, and shirt.

Hilaria and Alec revealed the surprise news that they are expecting once again a few ago, with Hilaria sharing a video of herself and Alec playing with their six children.

The announcement came just five months after the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the Rust set, something that Hilaria alluded to in her Instagram caption, which referred to their unborn child as a ‘bright spot in their lives.’

‘After many ups and downs over the past few years, we have an exciting up and a huge surprise: another Baldwinito is coming this fall,’ Hilaria wrote.

Hilaria, who suffered two miscarriages before welcoming her fifth child, Edu, admitted that she didn’t think anymore children were in her future, explaining that the news of her latest pregnancy came as something of a ‘surprise’ for the family.

‘We were pretty sure our family was complete, and we’re beyond happy with this surprise,’ she continued. ‘I’m sharing with you the moment we told the kids — as you can see, they are super excited!’

The post, which Alec also shared on his own Instagram account, went on to reference the ‘uncertain times’ that the Baldwins have faced — including, no doubt, the ongoing investigation into the on-set death of Hutchins last year.

‘Our new baby is a very bright spot in our lives,’ Hilaria wrote.

‘A blessing and a gift during such uncertain times. I’ve missed you during my break from social media…I’m back and looking forward to continuing with you this wild journey that we call “life.” Our love to you and your loved ones.’

Hilaria and Alec already share six children together: daughters Lucía, 13 months, and Carmen Gabriela, 8, and sons Rafael Thomas, 6, Leonardo Ángel Charles, 5, Romeo Alejandro David, 3, and Eduardo “Edu” Pao Lucas, 18 months.

Alec also has a daughter Ireland Baldwin, 26, with ex wife Kim Basinger.

Last year, Hilaria and Alec shocked their fans by announcing the arrival of their sixth child, Lucía, via surrogate just six months after Hilaria gave birth to Edu following two miscarriages.

She shared her devastating news in April 2019, when she took to social media to document her miscarriage in a series of very candid photos and videos.

Hilaria went on to document subsequent doctors’ appointments, and even shared selfies from her D&C procedure.

In November of that same year, she revealed that she’d had a second miscarriage, four months into her pregnancy, once again sharing the news on Instagram alongside an image of herself and daughter Carmen.

After announcing baby number seven on the way, Hilaria shared updates on Instagram Stories, including a peek at her growing tummy.

‘Thank you all for your sweet words and kind wishes. So many of you are asking how I feel,’ she wrote. ‘The answer is: nauseous, tired, and happy. Love you all. Thank you for celebrating with us.’

‘So much of motherhood is waiting and realizing that there is so much beyond our control,’ Hilaria wrote.

‘As I approach the time when I lost the second baby in 2019, at 16 weeks, I get more nervous. I get asked all the time how to stay calm and make it through after loss.

‘To be honest, it’s hard to stay calm, even if someone hasn’t experienced loss. I experience intense implantation cramping in the first tri,’ she wrote.

‘I expressed my frustration to my mother when I was pregnant with Carmen. I thought at any moment I’d start bleeding…she told me “this is just the beginning, Hilaria…this is preparation for an entire lifetime of being a mother and not being able to control so much. You must live and learn to be.

‘Going on 7 children later, and multiple losses, this is so true. Frustrating for my controlling Capricorn mind, but true.

‘Learning to let go and understand we are in a nature system that is not always benevolent, has been a difficult and important lesson for me. One that I have not mastered, but I’m constantly working on it.

‘When I get nervous, I focus on my breath and try to calm muscles of stress in my body. This helps my mind.

‘I have this Doppler from when I was pregnant with Edu. I didn’t go to as many dr appts because of COVID, so I did little checks on him at home. What a wild time to be having a baby.

‘I decided to dig it up this pregnancy, as I can feel my stress level rise, approaching the 4 month mark, interestingly coinciding with the baby I lost due date.’
