Alex Jones and Maya Jama spotted at the BBC

One has been the face of BBC evening television for the best part of a decade and the other is a new voice of Radio One.

And Alex Jones and Maya Jama were both spotted at the BBC broadcasting house in fitness wear.

The One Show presenter recently revealed she will take on The Mother Of All Challenges to help raise awareness of maternal health and raise cash for Sport Relief 2018.

Ready for a challege: Alex Jones, 40 nipped out for a jog before her slot on The One Show after revealing she will take part in The Mother Of All Challenges to help raise awareness of maternal health and raise cash for Sport Relief 2018

Alex, 40 appeared to have nipped out for a run ahead of her slot on the teatime programme.

The former Strictly contestant flaunted her shapely legs in dark grey leggings and a coral waterproof jacket but looked slightly windswept as she headed back to work.

The challenge Alex is set to embark on will see her battle freezing temperatures and agonising blisters.

Alex, who gave birth to her son Edward in January 2017, said: ‘I have taken on challenges before, but this is a whole week’s worth of tests. Tackling them as part of a team of mums makes this the most special thing I have done for Sport Relief.’

She revealed last year that she struggled to lose the baby-weight after giving birth to her son but looked enviable as she prepares to take on the challenge.

Also spotted outside the broadcasting house was presenter Maya Jama who also opted for a more relaxed look as she left the building.

Maya, who supported her boyfriend Stormzy at the BRITs on Wednesday, looked adorable as she peaked out from her camouflage hooded-jacket.

Keeping her look relaxed Maya wore grey Yeezy trainers and a pair of stone-wash leggings as she headed out of the building.

Maya looked far more dressed-down than in the glittering pink suit-style dress she wore earlier this week at the BRIT Awards.
