And this week, Alex Perry posted a lengthy social media post where he hit out at online trolls, who he dubbed ‘bullies.’
The 55-year-old said he won’t tolerate ‘hate speech, personal attacks and verbal abuse’, telling his followers: ‘You’ve been warned!’

‘If you violate my space with hate speech, personal attacks, verbal abuse, I will report, block, shame and use every avenue possible via Instagram and the police to find your IP, and you,’ Alex wrote.
He said everyone has the right to have a positive and creative space online.
‘You, the bully, have no right to ever compromise another human being’s sense of self worth, integrity, achievements, safety or confidence,’ he added.

Alex received thousands of likes for the post, with Australian celebrities, including Sally Obermeder, Ricki-Lee Coulter and Braith Anasta, all showing their support for the designer, by liking the post or commenting.
