Ali Oetjen reveals the secrets to her incredible figure as she shares her grueling workout routine

She shares a passion for health and fitness. 

And on Thursday, former Bachelorette Ali Oetjen revealed the secrets to her incredible physique.

Taking to Instagram, the 33-year-old shared her grueling workout routine with fans, before joking about how ‘shiny and sweaty’ she was after the training session.    

‘I’m so sweaty and that was such a good workout… look how shiny and sweaty I am! Secret to the glow, that sweat!’ she said with a laugh. 

The blonde bombshell enjoyed 30 minutes of circuit training. 

After a warm up on the treadmill, she spent more time running on the machine before using a rower.

She then did skipping, jump squats, and some more sprinting intervals before calling it a day. 

It comes after she flaunted her toned figure in a khaki bikini while enjoying a session in an infrared sauna last week. 

Ali explained she enjoyed the session after her first workout back after seven weeks off.

‘My body has loooooved (sic) the rest I’ve given it,’ she explained. 

The reality TV star had her breast implants removed in July, and in an interview with 9Honey last month, she she feels more comfortable with her smaller-sized breasts.

‘I’m so happy,’ Ali told the publication.
