Ducks have been mysteriously vanishing from a farm in the Top End with bizarre claims it could be the work of alien forces.
Desi Friend claimed eight of her ducks have completely disappeared from her Humpty Doo property, 30 minutes south-east of Darwin.
The Northern Territory local said there was no sign of forced entry and no ruffled feathers left behind from her missing poultry.

‘Whoever has taken the ducks has taken all the good ducks, and I’ve been left with Squawky Duck and Old Duck, who is a bit senile,’ Ms Friend told NT News.
‘So it must be alien forces, that have left me my two worst ducks.’
The birds went missing over the space of two weeks from their pen, which they shared with a horse, chickens and rooster, on the 4.5 hectare property so ‘there’s space to land the spaceship’.
The nurse claimed a wild dog would not have been able to pinch her prized poultry as it wouldn’t have been able to get past her own pet dog.
Ms Friend also believes a ‘big fat snake’ would not have been able to eat eight ducks in a couple of weeks.
Hundreds of people took to social media advising locals to lock up their feathered pets because the ‘aliens were at it again’.
