All grown up! Sophia Grace and Rosie star McClelland doesn’t look like this anymore

Rosie McClelland from dynamic duo Sophia Grace and Rosie makes a rare TV appearance after rising to fame on The Ellen DeGeneres Show – and you’ll never guess what she looks like now

Many viewers will remember watching British child stars Sophia Grace and Rosie performing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show back in the day.

And now Rosie McClelland has resurfaced, appearing on Australian breakfast TV via a live cross from her home in London, England.

The 14-year-old spoke to Channel Nine’s Today Extra on Friday, and seems to be growing up fast with long blonde hair and braces.

Rosie looked cheerful as she chatted to hosts David Campbell and Belinda Russell.

Even though she’s still in high school, Rosie has released five singles and is going to Los Angeles in July to work on her music career.

‘At the moment, I’m at the signing stage and I’m only 14. As I grow up, I’m pretty sure I want to be a full-time singer,’ Rosie said.

She spoke about her time on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, saying she only realises now she’s older how much of a ‘big deal’ it was.

‘I wasn’t that nervous as I was five years old, but now I realise how much of a big deal it was,’ she laughed.

‘My favourite parts were when we were running around backstage. It was so much fun.’

Rosie was also asked about the Ellen show coming to an end, after several staffers made allegations last year accusing the host of fostering a toxic work environment.

She skirted around the allegations, however, and seemed to accept Ellen’s explanation that the program had run its course and was no longer a challenge.

‘She’s been doing it for such a long time; she started it before I was born,’ she said.

‘I kind of get where she’s coming from. She wants to have a bit of a change. She’s ending it on a high note.’
