Amanda Holden leaves audience in hysterics as she storms off the set of I Can See Your Voice after being told she’s ‘no help’

Amanda Holden left her audience in hysterics as she jokingly stormed off the set of I Can See Your Voice.

In scenes that will air on Saturday’s show, the 51-year-old presenter took mock offence after being told by a contestant that she was ‘no help’ with the game.

The mystery gameshow, presented by Paddy McGuinness, sees players navigating their way through a series of rounds by guessing who can and can’t sing from a group of people, without hearing them sing a note.

They rely on lip-sync performances, interrogations, and a series of clues as well as the celebrity panel, which consists of Amanda, Jimmy Carr, Alison Hammond and Paddy McGuinness.

Yet the stars weren’t particularly helpful on this occasion, leading player Haloo to tell them: ‘I love you guys but you are no help.’

Feigning horror, Amanda then jumped out of her chair and stormed off with Jimmy in tow as Paddy quipped: ‘Off you go, see you later.’

It comes after a sweet moment earlier in the series, when Alexandra Burke gushed over Amanda for helping out during her recent pregnancy.

The singer, 33, welcomed her first child with partner Darren Randolph in July and praised Amanda for being an amazing mother and wife while juggling her career.

Alexandra said: ‘I’m actually a bit in love with Amanda. She’s one of the most down-to-earth people I know in showbiz. She’s very humble and such a kind and loving woman.

‘Amanda has been so supportive during my pregnancy and since baby arrived. She’s juggled a wonderful career and been an amazing mum and wife for well over a decade.

‘I’m full of admiration for her and I adore working with her. She’s always made me feel so welcome.’

I Can See Your Voice continues on Saturday at 9.10pm on BBC One and iPlayer.
