The new season of The Only Way is Essex began filming this week in Thailand.

And Amber Turner showed off her ultra toned figure in a colourful cut-out bikini as she enjoyed some time out for a beach day on Wednesday. 

The reality TV star, 29, wowed in the red and pink floral printed two-piece that featured an oversized side tie. 

She teamed her swimwear with a delicate gold belly chain and chunky silver watch to complete her look. 

Amber styled her long blonde hair in beachy waves and tucked a white flower behind her ear.

Amber later tied her hair back into a low bun and flashed a smile for a close up selfie. 

Beneath the series of snaps, she penned: ‘To the beach’.

Elsewhere, Amber’s boyfriend Dan Edgar shared a glimpse into his body transformation after spending the last 18 weeks overhauling his diet and exercise. 

The TOWIE star, 32, placed a shirtless Before and After picture side-by-side as he shared his results via Instagram, looking toned and muscular following the routine.

Heading to Thailand with girlfriend Amber and their fellow ITVBe co-stars, the health kick got him beach ready.

And it wasn’t just a transformation on the inside, as Dan shared that he had ‘come a long way’ both physically and mentally.

Dan worked together with a fitness coach to get into shape, who goes by ‘The Dvnci Code’ online.

Dan began the transformation process in October, working on his diet, exercise and mindset.

Sharing that the reality star ‘didn’t feel like he was the best version of himself’, Dan’s workout coach took to social media to share an insight into the journey.

‘They explained: ‘Dan went from 0 to 100 literally .. he shifted his mindset, his vision, his nutrition, and made the committed decision to become discipline and change his life.’

And it appears to have paid off, as he and Amber both looked sensational on Tuesday as they enjoyed the first day of their Thailand trip.

Treating himself after all of the hard work, the TV personality enjoyed a beachside beer while they kicked back and relaxed.
