Amelia Adams leases out her $1.1 million home on Sydney’s Northern Beaches

Amelia Adams is set to relocate to London next month after securing the coveted role of Europe correspondent with the Nine Network.

And ahead of her big move, the news presenter is leasing out her home on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, which she snapped up in 2014 for the sum of $1.15 million.

The three-bedroom two-bedroom property, located in the leafy suburb of Frenchs Forest, boasts tropical gardens, an outdoor spa bath and a very modern kitchen.

The property is listed for rent by Ray White Narraweena at the price of $950 per week.

According to news.com.au, 35-year-old Amelia and her husband Luke were initially hoping for $1050, but have slashed the cost as they prepare to relocate their young family next month.  

The pair married in 2008, and share two children – four year old son, Charlie, and eighteen-month old daughter, Matilda.

The talented blonde will replace Nine’s current Europe correspondent Seb Costello, whose father is former Treasurer Peter Costello.

Amelia and  Luke first got their foot into the Sydney property market when they purchased in the suburb of Arncliffe in 2009.

The couple sold the home four years later, with a tidy $125,000 profit.
