And proving she is a part of the family, Amelia Hamlin was seen wishing Scott’s daughter Penelope happy birthday as the youngster turned nine on Thursday.
Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Scott, 38, had posted a sweet tribute to his little girl on social media, with Amelia, 20, giving fans an insight into her relationship with her beau’s kids as she commented.

Scott shared an adorable snap of Penelope sitting on one of the surfaces in a bathroom to mark her turning a year older.
He could be seen in the mirror taking the photo of his daughter, as she cutely flashed a smile for the camera.
Scott’s girlfriend Amelia was seen leaving a comment for Penelope in the comments underneath his post , as she wrote: ‘little peesh happy birthday to the best facialist in town (sic).’
Proud dad Scott, meanwhile, revealed daughter Penelope has ‘changed his life forever’ as he gushed about his little girl.

Scott shares Penelope and sons Mason, 11, and Reign, six, with his ex Kourtney Kardashian.
Kourtney was also seen doting on her daughter on her birthday, as she shared a series of photos and videos of Penelope playing the drums while being taught by Travis Barker.

The Blink 182 star and Kourtney have been dating since earlier this year.
Kourtney penned: ‘My birthday girl! My favorite girl in the entire world I am so happy and proud to be your mommy. I can not believe that you are 9. My life is sooooo much better because of you (sic).’
While she and Travis have been seen packing on the PDA ever since confirming their romance, things between Scott and girlfriend Amelia have heated up of late.
Marking Scott’s birthday in May, Amelia shared a whole host of personal snaps of herself and Scott with fans on Instagram and publicly declared her love for her man.
Amelia wrote: ‘happy birthday my love. you light up my life, and make my world better. i can’t imagine what i would do without you.

The model and Scott were first linked in October last year, following his split from ex-girlfriend Sofia Richie, who he dated for three years.
They confirmed their relationship several months later in February and according to insiders, Amelia and Scott are going from strength to strength as their relationship ‘continues to grow’.
‘Everything’s going well for them. Their relationship continues to grow as time goes on,’ a source told Us Weekly.
The claimed that the pair ‘really love each other and care for each other’ and are currently in a ‘really good place’, adding: ‘It’s hard to say where they’ll be a year from now, but judging by how it’s going, it can certainly be a long-lasting relationship.’
However, Amelia’s parents have shared their concerns over the couple’s 18-year age gap.

During an episode of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Amelia’s mother Lisa Rinna addressed the relationship with her co-star.
‘It’s a what the f**k moment. You’re like, “What the f**k?” She’s 19. He’s 37 with three kids. We’re thinking it’s a phase, right? It’s a phase, I don’t want to bring attention to it,’ Lisa said.
Amelia’s father Harry Hamlin was also seen voicing his worry over the age gap on the show, as he said: ‘My feelings about it, I must confess: The issue that’s the most enduring is the age difference, which to me is odd.
However, Harry admitted that he had done the same when he was younger.
Harry dated ex Urusla Andress, who he shares son Dimitri, 41, with, and there was a 15-year age gap between the pair. When he was 29 years old, she was 44.
‘But, then again, every time I think of that, I think of myself and Ursula Andress,’ he said.
‘I was 14 years younger than she when we had Dimitri, so I can’t really complain, right? I was 29, she was 44.’
