Having a nice nap is one thing. Having an ice nap is something quite different.
That was the dilemma faced by this little girl as she sat in her mother’s car where she tried to juggle eating an ice cream and staying awake at the same time.
The American youngster, known only as Baylee, had just spent the afternoon at the pool and her mum had promised her the snack.
The video shows her nodding off, for a second, before waking to have another lick of her iced treat.
She repeats the action several times, with her mouth covered in the cold snack.
‘Once we left [the pool], she began nodding off in the car,’ her mother told Storyful.
‘I looked back and asked her, “Baylee, are you sure you still want the ice cream cone?”
‘She briefly woke up and said, “No, I want my ice cream cone!”.

The pair went to a McDonald’s drive-thru to buy one and then the sleep-eat ordeal began.
‘That’s when I pulled into the parking lot to record. It was too good not to!’
And so, a hilarious video ensued… along with a mucky top in need of a good wash.
