Amir Khan’s wife Faryal Makhdoom slams troll after coming under fire for snap during Ramadan

She has a difficult to please social media fan base, regularly coming under scrutiny for her array of snaps.

And Faryal Makhdoom found herself in the firing line yet again as she shared a stylish mirror selfie on Tuesday which she longingly captioned: ‘Take me to Spain.’

The USA born, Pakistani model’s image was swarmed with displeased comments from her Muslim followers who urged her to focus on Ramadan – leaving the wife of Amir Khan to defiantly break her silence.

Under scrutiny: Faryal Makhdoom, 26, found herself in the firing line yet again as she shared a stylish mirror selfie on Instagram which she longingly captioned: ‘Take me to Spain’

Taking the stunning image from a bathroom, Faryal can be seen in a stylish multi-coloured wrap top, complemented by gold jewellery.

With her raven locks tumbling down her side and sporting her signature coat of make-up, Faryal offered insight into her thoughts as she revealed in her caption she wanted to be in Spain.

Faryal, who is a Muslim, then appeared to be blasted for the snap by a slew of her followers who informed her to concentrate on Ramadan – a holy month of intense prayer, fasting during daylight hours and nightly feasts.

One comment in particular caught her eye, where an individual stated: ‘It’s Ramadan! Never mind Spain, you should be praying and repenting your sins!’

Faryal quipped back in defence: ‘@neiliyah and you should be worrying about your own sins :)’

Last month, Faryal divided her fans after she shared a post-baby body photo on her Instagram – seven days after giving birth to her second child Alayna with husband Amir Khan.

Some fans heaped compliments on the model, while others complained that it was ‘bragging’ and ‘pressurising’ new mums to lose their ‘baby weight’.

Faryal and Amir welcomed their new bundle of joy Alayna on April 24, a sister for their firstborn Lamaisah, now three.

The pair have been together for six years and they tied the knot in a romantic ceremony in 2013 but their relationship has been marred by rumours of infidelity and they split last year, while Faryal was pregnant.

They have since reconciled and now appear to be stronger than ever.
