Amy Walsh and Toby-Alexander Smith are married! Soap stars secretly tie the knot in idyllic wedding in Montenegro after three years together

Amy Walsh and Toby-Alexander Smith have tied the knot after three years.

The Soap stars secretly married in an idyllic ceremony at Talici Hill Rustic Villa in Montenegro.

Emmerdale’s Amy, 36, met EastEnders star Toby-Alexander, 32, in the audience of Strictly Come Dancing in 2019 and stuck up a relationship a year later.

Two years later, Amy, the sister of singer Kimberley Walsh, welcomed a beautiful daughter Bonnie Mae with Toby-Alexander and have now made it official. 

The pair revealed to OK! after the big day: ‘It was honestly the most perfect day. It surpassed all my expectations and more.

‘I felt so surprisingly present on the day and loved every second. Now I’m just in pure bliss.

The newlyweds exchanged vows at the gorgeous alfresco ceremony in front of their friend and family, including some famous faces from Emmerdale including Natalie Ann Jamieson, Olivia Bromley, and Louisa Clein.

Amy walked down the aisle with her brother and walked the rest of her way with her father, John, who has terminal cancer.

Last August, Amy revealed to her Instagram fans that she had got engaged in Ibiza, announcing the news with a slew of snaps.

The couple have previously praised Strictly for bringing them together by sharing a screengrab of themselves sat together in the audience three years ago.

Toby-Alexander wrote: ‘Thank you! Where it all began @bbcstrictly @amyvwalsh,’ with Amy adding: ‘Couldn’t write it!’

Amy was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovaries when she was 20 years old, and previously admitted she feared being unable to conceive.

But thankfully, she fell pregnant and became a mum for the first time when she gave birth to baby girl Bonnie Mae in 2021.

Amy is the sister of Girls Aloud star Kimberly, and is best known for playing Tracy Metcalfe in the Dales.

The actress split from former fiancé Bradley Jaden in 2018 after a year-long engagement, following a proposal in Phuket, Thailand.

Actor Toby, who left EastEnders earlier last year, was known for his role as the terrifying Gray Atkins who murdered his wife Chantelle following months of abuse.
